The use of adjustable pedestals for supporting external flooring finishes is now widely accepted as the de facto method of construction when creating roof terraces and other outdoor spaces especially when using tiles and paving.

But these areas are not always straightforward and there are times when pedestals can’t be placed exactly or securely due to features of the site or the scheme design.

Combining the Alurail system with Buzon’s range of pedestals provides a simple solution to both common and exceptional technical challenges.

The Alurail system consists of aluminium joists that can be used to span obstacles or build a fixed frame. As the strongest solution of this kind on the market, Alurail provides additional support when using large format tiles or if commercial loadings are required.

With a range of accessories that includes shims and spacer tabs for paving, brackets for creating steps and ramps and a joist specifically for decking, the Alurail system from Buzon offers ultimate flexibility.

  • Cantilever For tight corners and awkward spaces
  • Span Services such as utilities and ducts
  • Support Complex tile patterns and small cuts
  • Stengthen Also reduces foot traffic noise
  • Broof(t4) As part of a specific build-up

Buzon supports architectural projects, offering site-specific advice at every stage.
