German manufacturer Blanco's new Choice drinks system gives architects and designers the opportunity to offer clients a more bespoke kitchen experience that maximises space.

The new system combines the Choice Icona semi-professional tap with a Choice. All Water Conditioning Unit, which fits discreetly under the sink without taking up too much space.

Together they provide sparkling, boiling, chilled, filtered and unfiltered water at the touch of a button in a completely customisable way - from the intensity of the bubbles in the sparkling water and the temperature of the hot and chilled to the amount of liquid dispensed.

The Choice drinks system also frees up space on worktops and in other kitchen units by cutting out the need for a kettle, water filter jug and bottled water.

This sort of step-change in innovation gives homeowners a reason to want to upgrade their kitchens and incorporate the latest tech and architects the opportunity to impress clients by designing more convenience and flexibility into homes.

For example, the new two-jet Choice Icona semi-professional tap has intuitive touch control with a colour-coded LED light ring that indicates boiling, still and sparkling preferences. Clients can also save their favourite water settings using the Blanco app so they are easy to return to.

The tap is available in a range of finishes to complement any kitchen design. Choose from Brushed Stainless Steel, Satin Dark Steel, Black Matt and Satin Gold.

From the overall design of a home to the flow of a layout, right down to the water that’s dispensed from a tap, simplicity is everything. The Blanco Choice drinks system works well because of the years of careful thought and research behind its simple design.
