Recovery and growth are forecast for the UK market for doors and windows in 2025, following a period of economic headwinds influencing demand.

Increased construction activity and housebuilding initiatives along with general rising demand for energy-efficient building materials will see a strong pipeline for such products, with composite products and aluminium expected to be dominant material choices.  

The following rates cover the supply and installation of doors and windows, including frames, architrave, standard medium-quality ironmongery and appropriate finishes.
