GTI Max flooring provides a quick and durable renovation option for high and heavy traffic areas and was the ideal solution for a soccer dome conversion in the Channel Islands
The Les Ormes holiday resort in St Brelade on the island of Jersey has converted its soccer dome into an activity centre called Jump Jersey. The new facility features a trampoline park, climbing walls and multi-age soft play structures.
Flooring specialist Gerflor supplied 1,250m2 of its GTI Max interlocking vinyl tile solution for the activity centre, cafe and reception areas. The company has a wide range of products that help refurbished premises remain open while work is being completed and enable new facilities to open as soon as possible.
GTI Max tiles provide a quick and durable renovation option for high and heavy traffic areas and can be installed over existing floor coverings with minimal sub floor preparation, no adhesives and no need to close a facility during fitting. Tiles can also be easily replaced if necessary with minimum disruption to customers.
A 2mm-thick pure colour wear layer contains densely pressed chips to hide scratches and oblong fillers for enhanced wear resistance. This is reinforced with two glass fibre grids between a 4mm thick, 100 per cent recycled backing and interlayer for improved dimensional stability (including rolling loads).
