Offsite Expo: bringing together the people driving change in the built environment.

This year's Offsite Expo will be held at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 17 and 18 September 2024.

The event focuses on the technologies and trends that are bringing transformative change to construction.

Offsite methodology is changing the norms for architects, developers and contractors. It is speeding up the construction process, ushering in new levels of quality control, improving energy efficiency and providing more consistency between the design and the end product.

With the government mandating 70 per cent pre-manufactured value (PMV) in all public sector projects and developers recognising the speed, safety and predictability benefits, offsite technology is becoming an increasingly important force in the world of building design.
